you can try Sai-Yoga, created by Mataji Indra Devi. In each posture, you concentrate on a spiritual teaching, either read from a book, or (better) suggested by the posture to our reason or (best) to your intuition. (If my English sounds queer, it is because it is my 3rd language... :-)

Hi Tracy, Nice to see your comments on this site - and your courageous - "what does that mean?" We have been having lots of conversations about communities as we continue to grow CSC and the role of the internet in such communities. I would love to see you develop a Web-based intentional CS community as a group on this site. I was quite intrigued when you mentioned such a thing last year. If you build it, I will come!
