How did you come to discover Creation Spirituality?
"Coming of the Cosmic Christ" fell off the bookstore shelf as I walked by it in 1987... the rest is his/herstory!!!!

You can find more of me at my website - info about Priory Farm, prayer & meditation beads, and soon I'll get music up there.

Prayers for Prematurely Born Grandson

Posted on March 1, 2011 at 1:33am 4 Comments

This Sunday's Taize service at Unity of the Valley will be very special to me. I'll be doing music along with my dear song sisters, Karin and Annie - which is special in an of itself.
Even more special is my intention for the singing to be for the highest good for my prematurely born grandson. Seth was born Feb. 20th with significant complications. Through…

Ancient symbols 080209 ng.jpg

I got two of Aliyah Schick's coloring books. Last evening as the sun was setting, I sat on the deck with the Ancient Symbols book. Click on the link to see the result. I used the 64 color box of crayola - didn't take the time to dig out my colored pencils. Anyone else into coloring?

We are 400!

When I logged on today, I saw that we have added our 400th member! Could it mean we'll be 800 this time next year, or maybe even 1000 as we exponentially draw people to the affirming and justice-seeking messengers of the One-ness of all.

Ah, how I do appreciate reconnecting AND finding new connections. The Asheville event provided just what I'd been aching for. I do appreciate be live and in person when we gather, especially after planning sacred celebrations, attempting to anticipate what's wanted to create a meaningful experience for attendees. And then to let it flow and morph and bend and reform in the moment as creativity and transformation ripples through our plan.

Thank you all you attended, held space, sent… Continue

We are a growing, thriving community

I am so appreciative of our growing on-line community. I imagine it represents a small number of "us" out there - not that I want to advocate for us/them - rather rejoice in our joining in this place around our common interest in creation spirituality.

The more I engage with the website, the more I reconnect with the images and experiences of physical connection of the past, bringing to mind the drives to Oakland for an Intensive, the croning of a fellow student at IONS, Larry… Continue

Hi Netti - thanks for connecting with me. Let me know sometime when you are in Ashland and we can have tea. Or come visit Unity in Ashland some Sunday and meet me and other like-minded people. When I am going up I-5 I'll look you up.

Hi Netti, I'm glad to know you enjoy listening to the music I uploaded...'eclectic' is my middle name in music literature, food and friends! Planning on adding more representing other cultures than the ones on now. Stay tuned!
BTW, next time you're in my neck of the woods, i.e. NYC, email before hand, would love to meet and chat in person. I am a 10 min. walk from Central Park on the midtown west side (Columbus Circle area).
Blessings 'n Shalom....Yvette of God

Hi, Netti,
Thank you for adding me as your friend. I just joined CSC, and am learning how the site works. I am also an RN, as well as being a nutritionist. I'm sure we have many thoughts to share regarding nursing and healing. I look forward to getting to know you!

Netti - thanks for the note. We aren't absolutely sure about coming down to Asheville, but it's on the radar. I was there for the "Rituals of our Lives" conference in 2001, and it was a terrific event. Definitely would bring some drums, and if there's a singing group rehearsing for July, I'd sure want to be connected that way, too! Wow ... time for me to kick the planning up a notch!
