Music makes the world go 'round, the world go 'round, the world go 'round; it's such a happy sound!

Ok, so I've tweaked Cabaret a bit. And maybe it would be better to quote Russill Paul's Yoga of Sound in describing the vibrational unification of the universe. What we feel in our bones and know in our hearts is when we get our cells vibrating when we sing together, the resonance that appears binds us together to deepen our experience and moves out into the world. Keep Singing!

Interfaith chant lyrics.doc
Here's one of the interfaith chant lists I've compiled. I have written out (in Finale) the music for the one's that don't have published music.

George, if you go to Yvette's member page, go about halfway down on the left to the music player that's there . :)

Hmmmm, since I don't see Yvette's music anywhere here, I'm assuming that it's somewhere else on the CSC website. But where?

I am so grateful for the music and dance we shared in Asheville.
Music creates community. Tonight I attended a teen concert of Village Harmony, a weeklong learning followed by several weeks of performing a great selection of South African, Bulgarian, Shape Note, Appalacian songs; sung with gusto, great harmonies, some instrumentation. Music creates community, a bond among young people that is joy filled. I loved hearing them and watching their interactions and ease with one another. Wish you could have been with me. I am thrilled to be exploring this website and its power of connection too. Blessings, Lucy

Thanks, Carol. I'm just uploading the song, now... featuring real, live tears from Genevieve, the song's subject, about 2 years ago.

Great story, Patty, thanks! It was great seeing (and hearing!) all of y'all who were here in Asheville over the weekend. Still plateau'ing from all the great juju. Netti, twas a pleasure doing the breakthrough session with you, although I wish there was a recording of it!
